Return and Repair Policy

RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your AA Designs jewelry. The AA Designs team inspects each and every piece during production, packing and shipping to ensure quality is at its finest.  While we do not offer returns, we offer exchanges on items within 10 days of their purchase.  Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees paid by the customer.  Exchanges are only accepted due to sizing issues.  Items being exchanged must be unworn and in original purchase condition with original packaging. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
Please email aadesignsjewelry@gmail.com for exchange requests. Provide your name, address, names of pieces being exchanged and reason for exchange. Items must be returned within 7-10 days of your exchange instructions email. In the event that materials needed for the exchange are no longer available, we will do our best to suggest a comparable alternative. 
AA Designs reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
All sale, custom orders and earrings are considered final sale.
REPAIR POLICY
We use the finest quality and craftsmanship in all of our pieces, however in the event that your jewelry needs to be repaired, please email us at aadesignsjewelry@gmail.com.  Include a receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the damage and we will inform you of shipping instructions.
Jewelry that broke or was damaged due to normal wear and tear will be repaired free of charge within 90 days of purchase and repairs after 90 days of purchase will be subject to a small fee and will be handled on an individual basis. Shipping charges for repaired items are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment. In the event that materials needed to repair your item are no longer available, we will do our best to suggest a comparable alternative.
